At Burosys Furniture, we strive to deliver high-quality furniture and ensure customer satisfaction. As most of our products are custom-designed or made to order, the following policy applies to returns and refunds.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within a limited period after confirmation, provided production or processing has not yet begun.
Customized Products
Since the majority of our furniture is custom-made according to client requirements, customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant details and photographs for review.
Returns
Returns will only be considered in cases of verified manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
Refunds
If a return is approved and a replacement is not feasible, a refund may be processed. Approved refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment where applicable.
